Woke up with a fragile abductor from those squats yesterday, so i wont be doing hams/glutes till sunday or monday (today is friday). But my bum is a lil sore, as well as my inner thighs and biceps, so it was deffs a succesful sesh 💁 and ive gone from averaging around 55kg-56kg 8 weeks ago, to now averaging in the low 52kgs - so the deficit is going well (ive still pigged out on kfc and lollies etc, so this goes to show you that yummy/‘naughty’ foods wont stop you from reaching your goals, its allllll in moderation 😊)
